This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted and the process for requesting one.
To be eligible for a full refund, you must meet ALL of the following conditions:
Refund request submitted within 7 days (168 hours) of your original purchase
You have not downloaded any generated photos from the project. Once a photo is downloaded, the project is considered delivered and is no longer eligible for refund.
This is your first order with DatePhotos.ai (applies to 7-day guarantee)
You provide a brief explanation (quality concerns, technical issues, service not as expected, etc.)
We offer an enhanced 7-day money-back guarantee on your first order with no questions asked, as long as you meet the eligibility requirements above.
