At DatePhotos.ai, we stand behind the quality of our AI-generated photos. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first order to ensure you're completely satisfied with our service.

This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted and the process for requesting one.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a full refund, you must meet ALL of the following conditions:

Within 7 Days

Refund request submitted within 7 days (168 hours) of your original purchase

No Downloads

You have not downloaded any generated photos from the project. Once a photo is downloaded, the project is considered delivered and is no longer eligible for refund.

First Order Only

This is your first order with DatePhotos.ai (applies to 7-day guarantee)

Valid Reason

You provide a brief explanation (quality concerns, technical issues, service not as expected, etc.)

First Order Guarantee

We offer an enhanced 7-day money-back guarantee on your first order with no questions asked, as long as you meet the eligibility requirements above.

Why the first order? This allows new customers to try our service risk-free while preventing abuse from repeat refund requests.

Before requesting a refund, contact our support team. We can often address quality concerns through manual adjustments or regeneration without needing a refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are NOT available in the following cases:

  • After Download: Any photos from the project have been downloaded
  • Beyond 7 Days: More than 7 days have passed since purchase
  • Repeat Orders: Not your first order (unless exceptional circumstances)
  • User Error: Uploaded low-quality or inappropriate photos
  • Unrealistic Expectations: Expected results that differ from your actual appearance
  • Policy Violations: Violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
  • Free Regeneration Used: Already used the free regeneration option (Ultimate Plan)

⚠️ Important

Attempting to abuse the refund policy (multiple accounts, fraudulent claims, chargebacks after download) will result in permanent account suspension and may involve legal action.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

Refund Processing Time

  • Approval: Refund requests reviewed within 24 hours (business days)
  • Processing: Approved refunds initiated within 24-48 hours
  • Bank/Card: Full refund appears in 5-10 business days (depending on your financial institution)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We cannot process refunds to different cards or accounts.

Free Regeneration (Ultimate Plan)

Ultimate Plan users receive 1 free regeneration within 30 days as an alternative to refunds.

How It Works:

  • Not satisfied with your generated photos? Request a regeneration instead of a refund
  • Upload new photos or use the same ones with different scene selections
  • AI model is retrained and new photos are generated at no extra cost
  • Available once per Ultimate Plan purchase within 30 days

Note: Once you use the free regeneration, the original purchase is no longer eligible for refund.

Chargebacks and Disputes

We strongly encourage contacting our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

⚠️ Chargeback Consequences

Chargebacks filed without first contacting support (especially after downloading photos) may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Permanent ban from future service use
  • Potential legal action for service fraud

Legitimate disputes are welcome. We simply ask that you give us the opportunity to resolve issues before involving your bank.
