At DatePhotos.ai, we stand behind the quality of our AI-generated photos. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first order to ensure you're completely satisfied with our service.

This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted and the process for requesting one.

✶Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a full refund, you must meet ALL of the following conditions:

Refund request submitted within 7 days (168 hours) of your original purchase

No Downloads

You have not downloaded any generated photos from the project. Once a photo is downloaded, the project is considered delivered and is no longer eligible for refund.

This is your first order with DatePhotos.ai (applies to 7-day guarantee)

You provide a brief explanation (quality concerns, technical issues, service not as expected, etc.)

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first order. Refunds are subject to the eligibility requirements above.

Why the first order? This allows new customers to try our service risk-free while preventing abuse from repeat refund requests.

✅ Photo quality is checked before we generate anything

Your uploads are analyzed automatically before training starts. A project needs at least 5 photos rated Excellent or Good to be submitted — if you don't have them, the system tells you upfront and the batch won't start. You are never charged for a generation we already know won't work.

Before requesting a refund, contact our support team. We can often address quality concerns through manual adjustments or regeneration without needing a refund.

✶Subscriptions (Dating Profile Pro)

Dating Profile Pro is billed monthly. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal — cancelling stops future charges, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

First Subscription Month

If Dating Profile Pro is not what you expected, contact us within 7 days of your first subscription charge for a full refund — provided you have not downloaded any image generated after your subscription started. As with photo packages, once an image is downloaded it is considered delivered.

Renewals

Renewal charges are not refundable. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge — that date is shown in your billing portal.

✅ Trying it out does not cost you the guarantee

Generating a scene preview or a Photo Studio image does not by itself disqualify a refund. If you tried it and were not satisfied, that is exactly what the guarantee is for — downloading is where we consider the value delivered.

⚠️ What the subscription does not include

Dating Profile Pro covers the AI dating coach, scene previews and the higher tool limits. It does not include AI dating photo packages, which are purchased separately. Scene previews are quick looks at a setting — they use a general model and are not finished profile photos.

✶Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are NOT available in the following cases:

After Download: Any photos from the project have been downloaded
Beyond 7 Days: More than 7 days have passed since purchase
Repeat Orders: Not your first order (unless exceptional circumstances)
Policy Violations: Violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy — for example, uploading photos that are not of yourself, or that contain explicit or illegal content
Free Regeneration Used: Already used the free regeneration option (Ultimate Plan)

⚠️ Important

Attempting to abuse the refund policy — for example, using multiple accounts or submitting fraudulent claims — will result in permanent account suspension.

To request a refund, follow these steps:

Important: Please send your request as a new email directly to support [at] datephotos.ai. Do not reply to any automated or no-reply emails from us, as those addresses are not monitored and your request will not be received.

We'll verify that no photos were downloaded and your request meets eligibility criteria

✶Refund Processing Time

Approval: Refund requests reviewed within 24 hours (business days)
Processing: Approved refunds initiated within 24-48 hours
Bank/Card: Full refund appears in 5-10 business days (depending on your financial institution)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We cannot process refunds to different cards or accounts.

Ultimate Plan users receive 1 free regeneration within 30 days as an alternative to refunds.

How It Works:

Not satisfied with your generated photos? Request a regeneration instead of a refund
Upload new photos or use the same ones with different scene selections
AI model is retrained and new photos are generated at no extra cost
Available once per Ultimate Plan purchase within 30 days

Note: Once you use the free regeneration, the original purchase is no longer eligible for refund.
